For new construction, enclose a check made payable
to N.C. Power for the correct amount of your activities $300 for the initial
permit and $100 for each additional activity.
Example:
Pier and Boatshelter: $300
Clearing and Landscaping: $100
Total = $400
A $100 transfer fee to transfer a permit for existing
structures from one property owner to another. If you have masplaced
or lost your original permit, we will furnish you with a duplicate copy for
a $20 administrative fee.
